When you use haahaa AI, we collect:
- Account Information: Email address, display name, and profile photo when you sign up via Google or email.
- Uploaded Photos: Images you upload for AI processing. These are temporarily stored for generation and deleted within 24 hours.
- Generated Content: AI-generated images and videos stored in your private gallery.
- Usage Data: Device type, browser, pages visited, and feature usage for analytics.
- Payment Information: Processed securely by our payment provider. We never store card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve our AI photo and video generation services.
- To manage your account, credits, and subscription.
- To send service-related notifications (never spam).
- To detect fraud and ensure platform security.
3. Photo Processing & AI
Your uploaded photos are sent to third-party AI model providers (e.g., Replicate) for processing. These providers process images in real-time and do not retain your photos after generation is complete. We do not use your photos to train AI models.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- AI processing providers (to generate your content)
- Cloud infrastructure providers (Firebase/Google Cloud)
- Payment processors (for subscriptions and credit purchases)
- Law enforcement (only when legally required)
5. Data Retention
Uploaded source photos are automatically deleted within 24 hours. Generated content is retained in your gallery until you delete it or close your account. Account data is retained while your account is active.
6. Your Rights
You can:
- Access and download your generated content at any time.
- Delete your account and all associated data from Settings.
- Request a copy of your data by contacting us.
- Opt out of analytics tracking.
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL), Firebase Authentication, and Firestore security rules to protect your data. Access to user data is restricted to authenticated users viewing only their own content.
8. Children's Privacy
haahaa AI is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
