1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using haahaa AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

haahaa AI provides AI-powered photo and video generation tools, including but not limited to: AI couple photos, style filters, glow-up enhancements, AI pranks/transforms, and AI video generation. Results are generated using third-party AI models.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Credits & Payments

  • Free accounts receive 3 generation credits per day.
  • Pro subscriptions and credit packs are available for purchase.
  • All purchases are final. Refunds are granted at our discretion.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Credits do not expire while your account is active.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Generate content depicting minors in any inappropriate context.
  • Create non-consensual intimate imagery of real people.
  • Generate content that promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal activities.
  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or impersonate others with malicious intent.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
  • Resell or redistribute generated content as an automated service.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of photos you upload. You own the AI-generated output created from your uploads, subject to these Terms. You grant haahaa AI a limited license to process your uploads for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content may not be perfect and can contain artifacts or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for how you use and share generated content. haahaa AI is not liable for any consequences arising from your use of generated content.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Generation times and quality may vary based on demand and AI model availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

haahaa AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for Terms violations. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
